RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Due to the perishable nature of our macarons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges.
We carefully package our macarons with thermal cool shield bubble envelopes and cool packs. However, due to the delicate nature of macarons, there may be some breakage during shipping. This will not affect the taste at all. If the package is completely damaged, please take a picture and contact us at macaronfive@yahoo.com within 24 hours of receiving your package.
Shipping Info
Our macarons are baked fresh and shipped throughout the United States via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 days). To ensure that freshness, we only ship on Monday, Tuesday, & Wednesday to avoid postal layovers.
Orders placed after 12 pm Wednesday through Sunday will be shipped the following Monday. Shipments can only be delivered to street addresses within the United States, no P.O. Boxes.
FAQ
Why are the prices different for local delivery and shipping?
There are supplies needed for shipping that add to the cost (cool packs, thermal envelopes, etc...)
How long will my macarons last?
For best results, you can store your macarons in the refrigerator for 5-7 days, or freeze them in an airtight container for one month. Just be sure to bring them to room temperature before eating.
How and where are the macarons made?
All of our macarons are hand made at our commercial kitchen located at 571 Broadway, Massapequa, NY. Since we make everything by hand, there may be slight variations in size and color.
Are macarons gluten-free?
Macarons are gluten-free in nature because their main ingredient is almond flour. There are some exceptions depending on the flavors. Non-gluten free flavors will be noted on the flavor page.
Do macarons contain nuts?
Yes, all of our macarons contain tree nuts (almonds); they may also contain pistachios, peanuts, macadamias, or other nuts. People with nut allergies should avoid our products.
Do macarons contain dairy?
Yes, most of our fillings contain some form of dairy, however, we do have dairy-free options, including vegan. They will be noted on the flavor page.
